We have to unfortunately move out from our luxury apartment on Manchester road in Manchester /Ballwin. It's the best apartment i have seen around and in St Louis . All apartments are renovated , mini lake and fountain in front of Apt , lots of light , maintenance do every request within 24 hour , within 1 mile to Costco, Walmart supercenter , Indian / asian groceries store , Parkwood school district and near to indian temple and masjid with lots of people from indian subcontinent. It has Washer , dryer in same building and also has washer / dryer hookup and if you want they can place W/D in your apt for just 35$ per month or if you interested we can leave our W&D (those are brand new samsung front door). It has good kid park , school bus comes walking distance , next to leasing office / fitness center / swimming pool , ample parking next to house , attached microwave, big balcony with lake view and walking distance to eating joint like subway etc and other store.
